FELICIA DANIELSSON is a creator, screenwriter, director and actor who started her career with her and Vera Herngren’s original series LAJKA. Together they wrote the series and starred in the two leading roles. During the process they worked closely with director Eddie Åhgren.

Season 1 of LAJKA premiered in 2022 on TV4, where the show was a success among critics and was nominated for Best Comedy at Kristallen 2022 (Swedish Emmys). Felicia returned as head writer, creator and actor for the Season 2, which will have its premiere in 2024 at TV4. In the second season she, together with Vera Herngren, took a major part as a showrunner during the whole production process. 

She is also the co-creator of young adult series LEVA LIFE for Viaplay together with Vera Herngren and director Susanne Thorson. Felicia also worked on the series as episode writer. The show was a success among critics and viewers. 

Felicia is now in development for a new original drama series for a major broadcaster, serving as creator, screenwriter and lead actor. She is also in development for a new comedy series at the same production company.

Apart from creating and writing for film and tv, Felicia is also working more frequently as an actor, in a range of productions and genres. Most notably, in an upcoming prestige drama series and in the remake of one of Sweden’s biggest IP called JÖNSSONLIGAN –premiering in cinemas in December 2024. Felicia is also starring as an actor in THE CONGREGATION/Knutby in the upcoming season 2, premiering in 2024.

As a writer, artist and creator, Felicia’s bold voice both work in comedy and drama. She loves to explore complex relationships in unexpected situations. The human behavior is central in her work and she digs deep to find what’s underneath the character’s surface. The goal is to find the most interesting and funny angles in the writing of a script. Her tone of writing is comedic, sometimes provocative and always anchored deep down in Drama. ”It’s not easy being a normal human person” is Felicia’s mantra in life.
