Martin Falck is a director, designer and screenwriter who graduated with a BFA from Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. He quickly established himself in the field of the visual arts with his work exhibiting at Bloomberg Space, MoMa Ps1, The Istanbul Biennale, Berkley Pacific film archive, Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art and Tate Modern. His work touches upon identity, “the personal” and visual expression with humor.
His unique voice and collaborative way of working has allowed him to work with some of the most innovative artists such as, The Knife, Björk, Robyn, Röyksopp, Fever Ray and other various international artists. His video for Fever Ray’s, “To The Moon and Back” was selected by industry leading Magazine Pitchfork as best video of the month and one of the best music videos of the year. The video was selected for several short film festivals.
Falck is currently preparing for his directorial debut for his feature film. Furthermore he is the lead writer for his TV series in development at SVT.
